The song is specifically the theme song of a particularly difficult boss in the game Dead Rising, which are typically the 3 dudes pictured in the accompanying image.
The boss can be exited and avoided; the meme specifically is entering the boss area, hearing the first lyric of the boss theme "WEEELLLLLL", and immediately running back out of the room because you forgot they were there and didn't want to deal with that shit.
In explaination it's fairly mundane, but in practice it's quite effective and very memorable due to how fun the base game was.

You haven't played Dead Rising before, have you? Or at least you didn't do a lot. I actually couldn't watch their let's play past the 7th episode or so. It actually physically hurt to watch how much they refused to read anything, how much they talked over dialog, and how totally incompetent Arin was.
I understand Dead Rising is a challenging game, but seriously they could have done a way better job if they had just glanced, literally sight read a gamefaqs guide ahead of time for like 5 minutes. Literally just 5 minutes looking up which weapons and health items should be prioritized; how PP works; strategies for rescuing survivors. Just anything. He didn't even know the controls.
It's so cringe inducing to watch two adults actually doing their job and giving absolutely no shits and having no preparation whatsoever.

I've beaten it actually. And they got a lot better at playing around episode 12. The only boss that gave them trouble is Cliff because he doesn't know he can keep going back for more small chainsaws, though if he did that it would completely cheese the game.

Attempted and succeeded, but that achievement can still go fuck itself. I remember at the very end of it, after 14 long hours of playing Dead Rising non stop, I walked up up to the helipad and watched Frank slowly die as the sun arose. It was like the ending to 30 Days of Night.
To this day if I ever replay Dead Rising I always wear Arthur's Boxers out of principle.
