>pirating indie games
Every time I can. If they can't be bothered to make an actual game, I can't be bothered to pay.
Why not?
>>318348560
>implying pirating phil fish games and then seedings them is wrong
I like to think that he visits the torrents every now and then and cries as he sees his money whither away
maybe he'll even rage on twitter about it
If it's not at least 16 bit sprites, I'm pirating it. 8-bit is lazy and ugly.
But Undertale is shit and I don't want to support SJW furry cancer
>>318349241
then why do you want to play it in the first place?
>>318348560
>buying unpolished sacks of shit
>>318348741
Yet you can be bothered to play them even though to you they aren't actual games
Why?
>new fags not knowing op doesn't give a shit about indie games and just wants you to post gaki

New batsu is almost here, it's "no laughing detectives" this time
>>318348741
>this game is SHIT! I still want it though, for free
kek
Typical piratefag hypocrisy.
How do I start watching gaki?
>>318350289
$40 actually. I'll admit I got duped on that one.
>>318348560
I pirated One Finger Death Punch and I loved it so I bought it.
>>318348560
Still referring to him as Yamasaki
>>318350610
>if a game isn't perfect it's abysmal
buyfag logic everyone
There's plenty of movies that I wouldn't pay to see at theaters, but wouldn't mind watching for free when they show up on broadcast television.
>>318350807
Not a great source, but has the long batsus and some other key series

>>318350807
Very carefully, or just watch whatever you can find.
>>318350141
I don't even play them, I just pirate them so the devs don't get money lol
>playing indie games at all

YOU COULD SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND EFFORT BY NOT DOING EITHER.
>>318351574
I pirate indie games
If I actually put in enough hours into it and enjoy it I'll buy it

Is there a way for it to ignore keywords? This is ridiculous.

games i remember pirating
>undertale
ejoyed, bought because it was cheap as fuck
>crypt of the necrodancer
was fun for like 20 minutes, no buy
>ziggurat
was fun the first time, boring second time, havent touched since and no buy
>lisa
havent played more than 5 minutes yet, all i remember is being irritated with the sound and graphics options, i'll get over it sometime
>rimworld
played 4 days straight bought full price a day later
>>318352948
So are you guys gonna wait 6 months again for a full translation?
>>318354081
Nope. They've been getting progressively worse with each year. Their non-batsu content has been more entertaining.
>he doesn't pirate whatever he can whenever he can
Morals are for gaylords.
Favourite Gaki Year?
Prison is pretty good, some nice skits, and Hosei/Yamazaki playing along with the Baby skit was fucking golden. Wish there was less reliance on Celebrity reference stuff.
>>318354396
They might turn things around this year. I feel like it's been going down since Teacher.
>>318354406
I think High school is a classic year.
>>318354406
Secret Agent hands down.
>>318355736
Secret Agent had this 20 minute skit of Celebrity Impersonations that kinda killed it a bit for me IIRC. Still pretty great though.
>>318355736
Those dolls were the best
I always lose my shit
24-Hour Tag is also a classic, not sure if that counts
I thought EDF was really good as well.

I'll have to watch that again, it's like a hole in my memory.
>>318356645
Damnit Moot.
>>318356501
Which was the one that had1hr tag? Police?
>>318356645
To be fair, that's how you count in Japanese.
As well as a few other languages actually.
>>318356770
Several batsus have had tag segments. Like the past five years at least.
>>318356770
I think it was Police, but the last 2 had it as well I think, (secret agent and earth defense, iirc) despite them being old fucks now.
>>318350610
>this game is MEDIOCRE! Thus, I want it at a lower price
there we go. You can say the seller sets the price, and it's true, but if the game isn't worth it, then you're getting pirated, and thats true as well.
>>318356775Besides the part where instead of saying something like four ten two he goes ten ten ten ten two
>>318356775
>>318356645
That's not how it went. He got it fine up to 20, and then instead of saying "twenty" he said "ten-ten", as in, 2 times ten. This is no litteral translation from his japanese mind.
>>318357046
Is there a video of that part? I don't really remember it

>pirating f2p games
>>318356758
With each year going by, they are less and less memorable for some reason. I think it's because the changes are only superficial, otherwise it's always the same thing.
>bus, matsuko deluxe
>arrival on site, something with suga kenji
>desk room, opening the drawers
>they go do something outside
>they return to the desks, a new item is in sight
>meal time
>they watch the dvds, tanaka gets hurt
>they go learn from some expert at the job that was set as the year's theme
>they go back in the bus to go to a different area
>they watch some performance of some sort where they only get slapped at the end
>chono shows up and slaps housei
>they return to the desk room and they are tired
>they get called in for the horror segment
>they are now done, and when they exit the building, suga kenji is there to make them laugh one last time
>silly song kicks in, every single lyric referencing an event that took place during the day
>laugh count on screen, small delay for matsumoto's score, who is 30-50 laughs ahead of everyone
>back to studio, happy new year wishes
>>318357703
You forgot :
>fujiwara greets them before the bus
>he is dressed as a woman
>he makes a mistake in the script
>he has a funny sound he makes repetedly, or he tries not to laugh and fails
I hope Chono fakes us out this year and slaps someone else
That shit with Tanaka's son's letter was probably one of the best moments in batsu history, so unexpected.
I want more surprises like that.
>>318348560
I played over 23 indie games and guess what?I pirated all of them.
>>318358630
I could see Chono slapping shin-oni, Chiaki's new husband.
Only indie game I've ever pirated is Fez. No regrets.
/v/ will never have any effect on the market because /v/ literally is not part of the market
>>318358286
This year he is dressed as a boy
Anyone else not liking the bus parts, they just seem so tedious lately.
>>318360370
A bit, yeah.
>>318348560
Indiscriminately. I don't even attempt to justify it anymore.
>>318360370
For as elaborate as the whole Batsu is, the bus unfortunately serves as too convenient a means of setting up easy gags along the way, as well as stalling them long enough to get the next scene properly set up for all the skits/pranks.
Unless you want another moment like the time Matsumoto was in the old hotel alone and got stuck watching that old woman dance and french him for thirty minutes.
