You need to pass 2 out of 3 romance checks to get with her.
I failed the first one, but I got her with the other 2.
Don't worry if you fail this one, just don't use her as a companion while you level up and get charisma points.
Also, even with maxed out charisma, charisma checks will still appear colored.
