Switching between players after each death is the worst idea ever. It works for Yahtzee and the other dude in their Let's Drown of SotFS, but only because Yahtzee already played the game, so he doesn't really care. Being afraid of dying and passing the controller, being careful about everything and cowardly, just slows the LP to a crawl and they should have foreseen that.

When the Game Grumps' Transformers video was uploaded - the one with the embarrassing skit at the beginning and the gameplay footage that turned out to be recorded off a computer, due to the large Windows alert message popping up in the corner of the screen - that was when I unsubscribed from them. In the recommended videos I saw the SBFs' Final Fight 3 playthrough which felt astoundingly well-researched, educational and entertaining. A stark contrast to the Grumps.
So now that I'm in this slump with the SBF channel, what regularly-updating channel would be the new rising star of LP? What channel could be recommended to subscribe to and unsubscribe from the Friends? Groups like Freelance Astronauts and Modestly ProphItic are amazing but they haven't put out new videos in months/years.

That's fairly on point. The David Cage games are bad, to be certain, but they were trying super hard to make Indigo and Beyond to be worse, when they didn't need to. IP prolapses its asshole so hard during the second half of the game that they could have been deadpan up to that point, and it would have made the impact all the better. Hell, playing games well and at least pretending to give them a chance just makes it even better when they turn out to be shit. At least then I can see the person behind the controls did their best, but it was so fucking bad that it could not be fixed.
