Nah my first character was a "not my problem" kind of guy and especially since this situation was a massacre of Powder Gangers who had wanted to raze a town of their own. I didn't go into Legion hate mode until Graham told me about them. his line about "going to war with good people being bad for the soul" became my creed and eventually fought them consistantly after seeing the NCR troops as booby traps near Forlorn Hope.
