Marv EU doesn't do any actual translation work, they just do PR and set up distribution for stuff like LEs in the EU.
If you were to compare both the US and EU versions of the games they are exactly the same, translation mistakes and all, with the exception of the aforementioned cut subtitles from the EU version of SV.
