Being a diehard Fallout fan I decided to get the classic collection. Here are my first impressions.
Fallout 1
>Overseer tells me the water chip is broken
>Gotta go find another one
>Walk out of vault
>Fucking rats everywhere
>Combat is clunky
>Takes me 10 minutes to kill 3 rats
>Notice I have a time limit
>Panic
>Run to Vault 15
>Kill a radscorpian
>Can't figure out how to get in
>Decide to explore
>Get killed by 3 radscorpians
Fallout 2
>Find Kreia if she were a drug addict
>Told to find the G.E.C.K
>Go into weird Temple
>Smash ants to death
>Spend 15 minutes looking for a key
>Can't find it

Fallout Tactics
>Open game
>Game crashes

I have over 16000 hours on New Vegas which is my favorite game of all time.
I think that's worth something
As the creator of Fallout 1, I think Fallout 2 was pretty good.
