I didn't get a game system until I convinced my parents to buy me a Game Cube game because I liked the box art and they ended up buying the system the next day. I didn't even play it because I was scared of dying so I watched my brother play it.
I wish they bought me an N64.
For a movie I would usually go for some 80's cartoon or something with dinosaurs. I fondly remember renting VHS tapes of Cadillac's and Dinosaurs and the 90's remake of Land of The Lost.
For a snack I would get those crunch bite things and probably some fruit flavored drink.

Anyway, if it's my mom, then I've been kidnapped because she didn't have custody of me, so she's probably going to jail soon.
I'd walk around the game section to see if there were any new Zelda, Mario, Pokemon, or Sonic games. And if there weren't any I'd just look at the covers and pick out whatever looked the most interesting. Probably something cartoon-y or anime-ish.
For a movie probably a cartoon like a sequel to The Lion King or, one of the Pokemon movies. For a snack cheeto-puffs, and for a drink a Dr. Pepper. I don't know, did blockbuster sell any of those?
