Has anyone else had trouble installing GFWL on windows 10? I cannot for the life of me get it to work, the marketplace app launches but everyone I try to start pic related it just crashes after the launcher.
I'm having the same problem on Windows 10, nothing will make it work.

I've tried reinstalling GFWL, updating it, updating every single Direct X I can think of, rolled back my nvidia drivers, all the driver packs you can think of, compatibility mode.
Windows 10 has caused me nothing but problems for games.

Searching brings up absolutely nothing on getting GFWL to work on W10, it only brings up results for W8 and 7, it's like no one else has ever ran into the problem of getting it to work for W10.

and dl'd the one from the microsoft site, not xbox, and installed that one.

I don't know then. I'm on Windows 10 and I got it working by downloading the installer, installing it, then installing LP2
Don't rely on the GFWL that is packaged with the game, get rid of that shit and do a fresh install of whatever version is on microsoft's website, that will probably help with your headaches because trying to update from the one packaged with the game will probably not fucking happen.
Me and my friend bought it and we both use windows 10. The game crashed after launcher for both of us. A sticky thread told us to reinstall it on the same drive that windows is on. We tried it but it didn't solve anything so we refunded it.

What the shit, deleting the installer that comes with the game fixed it for me.
