So, the intro video of L4D2 shows the characters climbing up to the helipad where the game starts.
In the video, they seem to know each other and make jokes.
But, at the start of the game, they don't know each other and tell each other their names.

They broke doing console commands directly.
You have to make custom dialogue wheels and bind the options to things like the death scream.
Not all vocalizations work, but you can spam like 8 different "I hate X" Francis lines
