In most games it's either terribly inaccurate, has a huge delay before firing or both. Usually overheats after a couple of seconds of sustained fire. Almost never has a fire rate that is anything close to the real thing. Often has a ridiculously small magazine/belt capacity.
Still try to use it despite those shortcomings.
