This isn't even accounting for the fact that the PA feels a lot less powerful than the PF. PA literally is the same animation as human, unarmed punches. They have no hydraulic noises or CRUNCH to them like the PF does.

There's an issue with an area in the middle of the map that makes the game crashafter you kill Kelloggthat interferes with a bunch of quests. It's an issue for a number of people that is apparently on both the PC and console versions, and the patch seems to have fixed it for most, including me. Probably some other fixes in there too, but that was the only one relevant to me.

nah it's very much related, when you meet Kellog with the power armor on there's no dialog and he turns hostile. Same when you break in the storage room with bobbi , etc etc.
If you do that without the power armor they don't turn hostile and you have the regular dialog.
If you haven't experienced that (and are playing on PC) it means they already have patched it on Steam. Which means I'll have to google a patch on a torrent.
