Its just that the PC gamers eye is accustomed to inferior PC tech screens which can only run in 2 fps which they somehow mistakenly their brains are changed into believing is 60+ fps when actually its just a still picture, so clearly consoles are the superior console because they have almost unlimited fps. Did you know that the Nintendo Wii actrually has 5 billion fps. Per second. Order 1886 on the PS4 actually ran with so many FPS points that it caused nausua and bad reviews because people was hypnoitized by the high fps counts.

Game devs "choose" not to make the games run at 60fps. It's totally by design and not due to the constraints of the day 1 outdated hardware the Shitstation 4 and Shitbox Done were shipped with.
