Is this game worth getting for $15 right now, have 2 friends who own it and I want something to play until Star Citizen is more developed (not in PTU)

Personally I like it. But it's a time sink though, and can be a real grind. I'd buy it for 15. The expansion is coming out next month, so you won't be able to do planetary landings until you purchase that.
