This thread gonna live?
Play my level.
Thief's Escape to the Jungle
ID 969E-0000-00D7-B956
I'm working on another level but my horrible performance at the signals exam this morning kind of left me down in the dumps. I'll upload it when I have more inspiration.
In the meantime, I guess I'll be playing levels through this thread, starting with >>318116359 and >>318117306 .

Fuck it, I'll post some levels, they usually get good feedback.
This is a story level based on my favorite pokemon since I was 9.
Mewtwo And The Scientist's Lab
ID BAF3-0000-00F7-41BE
This is a tiny metroidvania. One of my first levels, it's simple enough.
Back n' Forth
ID D0C8-0000-004C-FF9A
Another story level. This one's about a Goomba going on a killing spree and then facing judgement.
Murderous Goomba's Remorse
ID C57F-0000-004C-7E09
Castle level with a fun boss. My most popular level.
The Wizard's Den
ID 5622-0000-0058-649B
Spooky ghost house with a lot of branching paths.
NOT A MAZE THOUGH. Those suck ass in myfactopinion.
Forgotten Chateau
ID 0B47-0000-00D7-C974
>>318116359
Liked it, the autoscrolling made the vine parts feel more tense
>>318117306
Fun stage, great visually, but you deserve to rot in hell for those lit bombs thrown at f-zero gx speed spam.
>>318117668
You're next
Explore hell in an either frozen or burning environment. Both dimensions reveal each other's secrets so it's a good idea to travel between them.
Infernal Dimensions

was any one here surprised when [/spoiler]the high hell gomba came out of fucking no where

>GET A JOB
I was trying to get away from this shit mang, rude.
Super fun gimmick though, great job.
8807-0000-00EE-879D Bowser Jr.'s Mini-Challenge
Try this out, along with my other mini-challenges, if you want. They're small, but challenging stages.
>>318118879
Challenging isn't exactly the word I'd use, I found it medium-difficulty. Having all the elements in plain sight made the stage very satisfying to play though.
I have some challenging levels, 3/10 of my uploads haven't been beaten. This is my latest, and hardest level. I'd love to play anyones levels who checks out mine.
>>318118732
Thanks. It was a remake of one of my first levels so I would leavethe message my Step Father put in.
>>318120872
that's pretty cute
>>318119645
Invisible blocks. hammer bro spam, doge memes and purely random Bowser fire is not my definition of fun anon, sorry.
F853-0000-00FF-DD77
My most recent and probably best, I'm not great at the whole level design or naming thing though
Here's a puzzle level I made about Yoshi, haha.
Spit!:
4A3D-0000-00AA-2068
A pretty difficult course if i do say so myself, it relies on the gimmick that if you press the jump button you die
Arino's Grand Quest! Arino goes on an adventure to get home before dinner.
World 1 isn't finished yet! I plan on adding a new "challenge" level. Perhaps a redux on 1-4.
Anyway, bonus level!
>Arino's Grand Quest: 1-: Treasure Trove
>F528-0000-00FF-6BE7
How many coins can you grab? Post scores.
I'll be playing the level of anyone who replies.
>>318116359
Pretty solid level, I thought it was a pretty good difficulty, and for an air ship level I'm glad you didn't abuse the moving camera like a lot of people do to get things to go off screen. Left a comment for you bb
a sort of mazey-puzzle level, the pipes flip the world upside down.
unfortunately i had to compromise symmetry on one specific part at the very end to make it beatable in a way i was satisfied with, but i'm still pretty happy about it
>>318121104
6484-0000-00FD-CAB6
Another one from me, this one is just kinda like a ghost house experience, not much of a mario level really.
>>318121104
Forcing the player to do a saw bounce without them knowing what they're shooting for isn't a very good idea in my opinion, especially with how tight the window for a successful bounce is and how the boos' position is different depending on the time it takes to get there. I might try it again, but the boo part is too busy visually to focus in my opinion.
>>318121496
Will try yours, I'm >>318117351
you've killed yoshi and you need to rescue him from the underground
its a puzzle level, if that intimidates you
>>318121496
I have no idea on how to get a good score, but your AGQ series is very fun. Starring them as I go.
>>318117306
fuckin' thanks for giving me a checkpoint before killing me I guess
>>318117668
Forgot to comment and star but felt it deserved it so I beat it a second time, had a lot of fun with this one!
>>318118002
Have very little knowledge of pokemon anything anymore, but I enjoyed the level, the mole squid thing following leading up to the fight was a nice little build up.
>>318118084
Short and sweet, i love these kinds of levels and I'm glad it didn't drag on like most do, very nice!
Here's my 2 more recent levels:
>Level Title: You vs. Boo Deluxe
>ID: (6E14-0000-00FA-0BE6)
A level inspired by the You vs. Boo mode of SMB Deluxe that has a mish-mosh of level elements thrown at you while avoiding the Boos.
>Fairweather Fields
>(4E86-0000-00F8-7EED)
It's a part of my "Super Mario CUT World" series of levels; it's meant to be as if it were a cut level from Super Mario World. Fairly simple level but fair warning, it requires spin-pouncing on Spinies at certain points.
>>318118198
2edgy4me
but actually pretty solid level man.
Guys, help me out, I know they updated to allow you to place checkpoints and contextual question blocks, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do so. My item selection hasn't changed.
I can't find an update on the store. It says it updated. I can PLAY levels with checkpoints.
What is going on?
Title: Don't go in the basement
code: 364D-0000-004D-6E78
Just don't go down there.
>>318118292
pretty alright boss battle, a little too random for my tastes, I actually enjoyed the rest of the level a lot more than the boss fight
>>318118546
really fun and interesting level, hard but fair, goodjob mate
Fanatical Factory (AD5D-0000-00EA-A385)
>>318121508
im glad my work hasn't gone unappreciated i just made a new level and all i need to do is test it so pls sub to me if you want to see it
>>318124936
Shake the arrow for a checkpoint.
Put a powerup outside of a question block and drop a mushroom on it.
Looks neat but Is this game really $60 tho?
>>318127956
It was $50 if you pre-ordered from amazon
>>318121496
Guess what! More Arino time!
I've decided, each world is going to have a "Arino's Challenge" super challenging levels that will test your skills. They are dark world esque levels that make the level darker and harder. This first one is for 1-4.
>Arino's Grand Quest: 1-Arino's Challenge 1: Wicked
>ED23-0000-0100-8C4B
>>318116359
Played it. It was a fun short level. Liked what you did with the platforms and grinders.
Here is a new level I just uploaded.
DKC3-Riverside Race
30C5-0000-0100-683F
Based off the racing level from Donkey Kong Country 3. There's less time, but its not very hard to reach the end. But can you reach first place, instead of fourth place?
Also, here is a picture with all of my levels listed.
My currently new 9 level set for the medal I am on now is:
DKC1 levels:
Bouncy Bonanza: Easy.
Mine Cart Carnage: Easy if you take the shortcut, very hard if you play it normally.
Coral Capers: Easy, as its a remake of the first water level in Donkey Kong Country.
DKC2 levels:
Mudhole Marsh: Hard.
Jungle Jinx: About Medium.
Haunted Hall: EXTREMELY Hard.
DKC3 levels:
Ripsaw Rage: Medium.
Rocket Barrel Ride: Easy.
Riverside Race: Easy if you aim to get fourth place, a little hard if you aim to get first place. You only have 3-5 seconds of error margin.
>>318117306
The bob-bomb part was a bit much.
>>318117668
The checkpoint is in the right place. That final part is tricky.
>>318117306
Played and enjoyed your level. Liked what you did with the vines.
>>318117351
Going to play all of these levels. If you are interested in playing some of mine, the codes are in the image here:
>>318130653
I wanted to try to make a authentic level- cans someone please give it a shot and tell me if I hit it or if it's off for one reason or another.
There's no reason for the mystery mushroom character other then I felt like using it.
