It'd probably be enough to have a large minority of its shares actually, wouldn't take full ownership just enough sway to matter on key votes, a single title is a small price to pay relative to that.
Their current market cap is around $33 billion, so just a few billion would mean sufficient ownership. Although probably for even less then that (say, half a billion to one billion) you could just flat out pay them for it. They're businessmen not cultists, for the right price the calculation would be that they could fund multiple PS4 exclusives to make up for it, or simply exceed all possible direct and indirect earnings.
