I don't know why but when he seemingly started getting more of a budget he also was getting less and less funny. Then again though, I didn't particularly dislike the Titanic one though, so it could just be the measure of this one + starcade as the previous.
I honestly think it's either how he's getting influenced by the others he's meeting in his community (sleepycabin crew, h3h3, etc) or possibly the case of creativity through constraints. He has more to work with and isn't as held back.
