Palm feels weird, like you don't have full control of your clicking. Claw grip just feels awfully stupid, like straight forward "I enjoy carpal tunnel", finger tip makes most sense, since your clicking is faster and comfortable.

one of hte biggest problems with computer use long term is that people have bad tables and/or bad chairs.
This is usually because people buy a chair around a table, when both should work with each other. Also people want to usually have the arm rests go under the table, which puts them in the totally wrong position.
You want your arms basically parallel to the ground. Having to raise your hands to the keyboard (or equally lowering your hands to be on it) is one of the biggest factors in terms of wrist stress
