I just run a strict set-up for every dungeon, it's kept me from wiping so far. (Looplets for each 'mon, two apples 1 perfect apple, two elixir's one max elixir 3 oran berries two+tiny reviver seeds(depending on difficulty I ran 3 for sheer mountain), 1 reviver seed, an escape orb, a totter or sleep orb and a revive all orb. After that, I usually just go for as many emeras as I can.
