Japanese VA has Lelouch.
Gameplay wise, once you reach max level for all classes, the game becomes a cakewalk. Some characters are also too good to not have, like this faggot right here

Disappointment, probably.
The game is mediocre and wouldn't have got the tiniest bit of attention if it didn't have the aesthetic it has.
It has some cool concepts, executed terribly, then it has many, many things that are just bad.
