750W is kinda overkill for your build. You could roll with a 500-600 if quality, but if you can get for a good deal those EVGA G2 PSUs are good so I don't blame you. I actually have that same PSU and it's great.
Other than that you look pretty good. GPU is decent bang for your buck, but just know that when Pascal comes out next year it's pretty much a must buy and the 970 won't be worth a lot. But in the meantime, it's a great choice if you don't wanna spend the cash for a 980ti.

You'll end up with older technology and generally just inferior product all round 9/10 of the time. This is how those cheap "dollar stores" or "£1" stores work. They get smaller sizes of the known brands and they sell them for slightly less to make you think you're getting an amazing deal, but really you're getting a 75% size of a normal product.
Check it out, you'll soon notice a lot of these 'deals' are shitty versions, Monitors with just VGA... no hdmi or other connectors and stuff like that are all over. Prices for PS4s and whatever will be the same for "christmas sales" too.
You better be shopping online and price comparing everything and checking it compared to the reference version or you'll be far more likely to spend money on something you thought would be top notch shit but really it's just worth what you paid for it.
