I really enjoyed Dragonborn. It's a decent time waster and fun to explore. The story was at least somewhat interesting. Hearthfire is ok if you dig the whole house building thing. Dawnguard is quite entertaining but not as good as Dragonborn. To me though it was worth it just for the Crossbows.

If you liked the base game, they are both fine. Dragonborn has an actually engaging story but in my opinion the the environments never really were very interesting to me, while Dawnguard had a boring story but pretty cool areas and new armor/weapons actually worth using.
Hearthfire is basically a lesser version of many well done house mods, but if you're buying the DLC you may as well get it all as a pack. If you really like adopting children then Hearthfire is for you I guess.
Has anybody played Jedi Academy? I like the idea of lightsabers and shit but I didn't really like Jedi Outcast because the levels were too confusing.

Depends. If you want to start with the absolute best (depending on who you ask) go for Felghana, then Origin. If you want to try them all (the ones on steam at least) then go:
I & II -> Ys: 6 -> Ys: Origin -> Ys: Oath
I & II use the glorious bump combat system.
Ys: 6, Origin, and Oath use a different engine that is a more traditional attacking and jumping things. Ys: 6 was the first one on that engine so it is a little rough around the edges. Oath in Felghana has my favorite final boss fight in all of vidya.

I haven't played many city builders but the people that do say sim city 4 is the best and city skylines coming out ended all the city building generals on /vg/ everyone was shitting themselves over how bad sim city 2013 was then there was huge hype for skylines and it came out and the generals died instantly.
