That's true but honestly the only PC devs I trust making optimized games is Avalanche. Before GameWorks there was a lot of games with Nvidia Features inside them what runned shit/worse on AMD cards: Mirrors Edge, Borderlands etc.

FO4 is getting a lot more criticism for its technical shortcomings and lack of story this time around
FO3 was able to bypass this since it was new
now that FO4 doesn't have that shock factor anymore, it's not impressing nearly as much as it did with the third game
