Not him but I played it on PS4 and after about 5-6 hours I didn't notice a difference between 30 and 60 fps. From games always tend to look like shit, no matter on what platform you play them so I don't know what you mean by 'graphic fidelity'. Ironically i play Souls two handing spears every time pretty much. I don't like how fast Bloodborne feels and i especially don't like how even at 50 vitality enemies still hit you for 90% of your HP with their attacks. I don't like how blood vials work compared to Estus. Overall it's just a personal preference thing.
