Well of course. Because they've realized that console gamers are idiots who only buy AAA games and usually only 1-2 a year at that. They'd rather play Fallout 4 for fucking AGES than buy a good game. Not only that, but they're going to buy it USED, which gives the company none of the money. It's worse than piracy, because there's actually a company profiting off it.
PC gamers on the other hand will purchase your game. If it's very good, at full price. If it's ok, then when it goes on sale. And if it's bad or a terrible port, then it's your own damn fault.
