I mean, I know the chances of this happening are practically null by now, but considering how insane Sakurai can be, I really fucking wish he had a hand on THIS Nintendo girl only because the whole thing with her is literally how strange she fucking is and her unusual ability to keep up with jobs and whatever the fuck and not just sticking to just one job. But I guess people have forgotten about her along the years even though she's still a constant presence in the series since beginning due to her not always showing off her usual casual clothes and the sudden shift to Ashley. Which is a shame. Maybe people didn't like the whole genki trope and just went with the much cuter and more familiar character to them while Mona was thrown off to the side as soon as the new face came along. Now that everyone went for Ash instead, Nintendo feels like she's not as important they think she might have been. I mean, the original WW boxart had the entire cast in front and yet, one of its sides had artwork of fucking Mona. They tried to make her stand out a little, even if she wasn't particularly your usual Nintendo princess, but rather a young girl still trying to define herself into her own image.
I guess it's too much of me to ask to have someone by Wario's side since he looks awfully alone in the game.

I don't like calling her a clone, honestly, but to say that she isn't as similar to Peach as Luigi is to Mario, that's just plain denial too. She does have traits that make her stand out from Peach much like how Luigi has compared to Mario, but asides from people really wanting her in just for the sake of all princesses being in, there isn't much benefit for her actually being there, unless she went through some Luigification somehow, but she'd still be strikingly similar to Peach.

Daisy will never be in Smash. Waluigi has a better fucking chance than Daisy. Peach and Rosalina have become the Mario poster girls, seeing how they have appeared in mainline games; Daisy's only appeared in the sports, racing and party games. She's irrelevant.
