Just try a game as china and see what I mean. You have 0 restrictions, can colonize the entire new world by yourself and conquer asia/whatever you want because you have 500 forcelimit from day 1, free +50% morale and full stability always from events as well as unlimited money and -15 revolt risk on all provinces
