There's a practice machine to play on and if you get alot of the badges there in and get lucky and some of them turn out to be free play bonuses you can get some more that way. But you can only use that machine once per day.

The only ones that can take a while are seasonal like Valentine's, New Year's, etc., and those still come back in events.
The themes also always come back, and again, seasonal ones can take a while, but still return eventually. They do lack background music or sound effects, though.
