Some metal pieces were actually quite decent. For example Military Aggression was a track that could be one of the tougher tracks. Instead it was one of the few fitting.

The platforming was actually a lot better, in sands of time even at the end you only had simple wallruns. The hardest part was in the prison where you had to hop from wall to wall constantly. Meanwhile in WW it really built up into having to chaiin different movements together.

If WW made a big mistake it were the bugs (PS2 had a bug that the final sandgate did not work, which was baked in your save). And oversights like after recovering from the sandwraith that you had to preset the middle hall into the mechanical tower configuration.

I still dont get it how the dakahara changed his target with the sand wraith/human prince the second time you get to the end

POP 2008 also just felt weird. You could wallrun a tiny bit whenever you landed on a wall. So instead if just jumping between two walls to get up you could, jump, wallrun up, jump, wallrun up, jump, wallrun up. Etc.

I know it was to give you a second chance but from the cutscene and description it would seem you would go back in time as wraith and help your old self in various ways with your new knowledge. And then at the end you would kill yourself to take in your own place. However by dying to the dakahara it is rather strange. Since you would expect the wraith you see as human to dodge the tentacles.

The only reason I can think off is that you are playing the prince in the loop where the wraith is first created.

Her ass was sweet but the ingame model was pathetic. The texture of her bikini was really poor. The bikini looked like a smeared out black bodypaint stripe. Kaileena had much better clothing. But too bad both she and assgirl both had shoddy models. In SOT farah had smooth boobs. But in WW it seems like they just blew them up and didnt bother to reposition to polygons. They clip into eachother and have not smooth at all.

The artwork however was pretty sweet. Too bad they didnt put in highres pics of the artwork

Spell Effects and Armor Pieces are really bullshit arguments just thrown in to pad the list out. Morrowind only seemed like it had that many spell effects because each spell type had like four duplicates that did the exact same thing; and I'm not counting lesser/standard/greater, I mean they're the exact same spell, just with a different name.

And having gloves and shoulder pieces each be two slots is pretty useless. Why the fuck would ever just wear one glove unless you're role playing Michael Jackson?

There are game breaking glitches everywhere. The infamous "Wraith Glitch" could happen at several different points throughout the game, and I experienced a glitch where the Dahaka chased you in a cutscene then crashed through a wall, and that was supposed to be the exit of that room, but he never crashed through the wall for me, so I spent like fifteen minutes trying to figure out why the fuck I couldn't leave before giving up and looking up a guide online and realizing I needed to start the game over. Because it wasn't just a "game breaking bug" that crashed your game but then let you continue after you reset, no; it corrupted your fucking save.

I suppose this is the point where some dipshit goes "HURR I NEVER EXPERIENCED GLITCHES," like that somehow invalidates the hundreds of people who did.

You're meant to reach the hole in the wall that the Dahaka creates, and it's no problem the first time you do it, but if you return to this room later in the game (you only get an artwork out of it) the Prince will not recognize the ledge as something he can grab onto, forcing a reset.

It shows up out of nowhere completely unexplained, it glows the first time miss Bitch Buttcheeks shows up and never again, and for some reason sticking it into a wall improves your health. I played most of the game and they never ever address it, do they ever explain where he got it or what it is?

I mean fuck, they had that scene in the beginning where he talks to that wizard/sage to ask for counsel, couldn't HE say something like "here's this magic turd, stick it to your chest, it'll help you in your journey or whatever". Done.

I really, really enjoyed it, the art style was wonderful, as was the atmosphere and music.

The only real downsides I had were the combat. I had no issue with the no-death mechanic and I felt it made the gameplay far less tedious.

No, it was not the SoT, but it is still a good game in its own right and I'm so tired of people shitting on it for no good reason.

The gameplay was okay (although I feel the combat was worse even though it seems like nothing was changed). Its just that the story made some terrible mistakes in an attempt to backpedal from the darker WW as much as possible.

I would make the story like this
