I just think it's stale and flawed in the sense that there's only really one way to play it. The way Neptunia Mk2 did combat with the SP system was completely fine and it let you think more about your actions. You could do stuff like gain more SP by skipping a turn which would allow you to have more options on the next. It was cool.
The V/Re;Birth system is braindead and boring as fuck. Just do rush attacks and EXE moves. There's no reason to even bother with using power attacks and even the guard break one once you hit a certain point. Usually like 1/4th or 1/2th of the way through the game.
