I have no idea if there are English subtitles for it, but if you can get your hands on the show and are a fan of the books/games and can deal with cheap TV, go for it.
It is entirely watchable (given the above things are true). The movie is noticeably worse due to editing (basically cut from the series).
If you have no particular love for Witcher or cheapish production values fantasy then I advise to steer away.
