tip: PSPs have a built in ps1 emulator. Just google "nameofps1game eboot" and put the .eboot file into your "game" folder

Neptunia. It has cute girls, good mechanics, and an amazing fighting system. The cute girls are the main selling point though.
Put on custom firmware (google the proper way based on your PSP's official firmware).
Then get a dual MicroSD to Pro Duo Adapter and two 32GB Micro SD Cards (they make them larger, but 64 GB total should be enough) and load all the ISOs and .eboots on the PSP you want. If you can't find the proper .eboot (for PS1 games) you can make them yourself from a PS1 ISO.
You can throw a shitload of emulators onto it as well. I have Snatcher and Policenauts running perfectly on mine.

There's not a huge difference in transferring data, the reason I recommended OP get the adapter and two cards is because it allows him to have greater storage space than with an MS Pro Duo alone. So it is really personal preference if it comes down to how you connect it to your computer.
