Reviewer here. Just trust me it's great. The graphics aren't great (will go in my review) but can totally understand why. The world is vast and there are so many new features that haven't been shown in any footage yet. The best is yet to come!

Fallout 4 does look a lot better then the previous games vanilla in general, I'm sorry to not-echochamber here.
NV was also quite a sloppily released game.
That dungeon was crafted for E3, which should say a lot. Implement enough tricks and you can make it look better. You can see they implement a nice amount of round objects at close range so the AA didn't have to be scaled up as much.
Don't know why FO3 didn't look better, just know it didn't dissapoint at the time because it was on the level which was seen as normal at the time.

It's actually the best change they've made.
Unless you implement skills in such a way that you do not become some jack of all trades, master of everything, it's not worth to have a skill tree at all.
All you need to have is a large amount of unique perks and a low level cap that forces you to specialize.

I haven't played through Witcher 3 because it's a fucking massive game, progress feels a bit slow and crafting is confusing. Else it's fun, at least for me who never played a Witcher game before. I consider it a good game tho.
MGSV however was shit. I don't give a fuck about the drama that happened outside of the game, but the following parts made me dislike the game:
- bad story pacing and telling (get out of the copter, cutscene happens. Or LISTEN TO ALL TAPES TO GET THE ACTUAL ENDING. And disable all nukes)
- Repeating missions, both side and main
- Completely boring and uninteresting characters (VS says nothing ever, let alone Quiet. Volgrin or how he's called.. Just kills himself? Skullface is as interesting as his background: Nothing at all. Miller is with being the bitter guy who lost everything the most outstanding character.)
- all the possibilities to finish the task, but only one way actually helps progression (steal everything)
