I have had no friends for the past 3 years save for my girlfriend. I have saved her from killing herself more times than i can count, and just now she left me because she decided that she would never have any time for me anymore.
I am 20 years old. I didn't come from a family of hardship. My mom and dad didn't like each other, but they both loved me, which was enough. I have been fortunate to travel across the world and see many of it's wonders, and meet more people than i can remember. My parents set up a plan when i was 4 years old to pay my way through any college i wanted, which is what im currently doing now. Im smart and athletic. It seems like i have everything going for me, yet i am the most lonely and miserable person i know.
I grew up on Super Mario 64 and Spyro the dragon. I have always loved video games. Stories where i get to be the hero, where i get to save the day. Something that told me that i mattered.
Thats what unites us all here. We all want to be an hero, and we all want to have fun doing it. My last request is simple, if you all can manage it. Fallout 4 is coming out very soon, as you all know. When it comes out- play the hell out of it for me. I want this board to fucking explode with all the hilarious unavoidable bugs that there are bound to be, and all the cool secrets and shit people can find. I want people streaming it to the masses, i want people making videos that will be outdated as soon as the first patch hits. I want one day to stand out in the minds of you all as the day that the entire fallout fan base came together in unison to have a good time playing vidya, just like the good ol days.
And i want you to remember me. Because i'll remember all of you. You are all heroes to me.
