The only good thing about WoW was playing when everyone were still clueless about the game and the world, so they actually had to get together to get shit done and as a result each server had its own tightly knit communities.

Why is it that everything Blizz adds to the game requires you to have less and less interactions with other players? You can literally raid and do dungeons all day long without saying a single word. You can do pretty much everything else by just staying in your garrison.

Pandaren Rogue, taking advantage of the FTP till 20 until I feel like resubbing again maybe around when Legion comes out.
Leveled in the North Barrens, Silverpine Forrest, Azshara and didn't see a single other person in the zone, wasn't till I went over to Ashenvale Forrest that I saw anyone, and it was some Alliance Hunter dude who looked like a Blood Elf for some reason.
This is all on a Medium Pop PvP server, about a month ago.

You often need to communicate more if you're healing or tanking. Most of the time you won't get a reply though so I'm not sure if that counts as communication.
You can't raid without communicating unless you mean LFR which isn't raiding.
