It's not too bad. I got it for 15€ on a sale though and haven't beaten it yet. I think I played about 3 hours and have only seen 3 powers so far. The combat isn't really satisfying because you mostly shoot stuff and I fucking hate aiming with a controller, traveling through the city with your powers is fun though.Sometimes it's also really ugly for some reason.

From the moment vehicle jacking was an option, you could hop onto a tank and plant grenades in them.
Between that and like the four flavors of anti-vehicle weapons Halo 3 had, nobody used tanks. It was a death wish.

In case anyone is wondering what is happening here, it's a problem with scoping that the old CoD games had. When you zoomed in with a sniper scope, you weren't actually "zooming in." The game would move your "camera" forward in front of you to where the zoom level should be.
So when you're scoped in, you've actually become a ghost camera that's floating about 25 yards in front of you or however far.
Well guess what the dogs were coded to attack? They were coded to find and attack the camera.
So the dogs attack the invisible camera that is right next to them and since they're also coded to "lunge" at your physical body, it results in them flying across the map at your body.
