Throughout all the timeloops before the end of Calamity Trigger, only a few of them had Noel survive past the day of her birth. This is because on the day she was born, Take-Mikazuchi fired upon Ibukido and destroyed pretty much everything, and Noel's chances of surviving that destruction are almost nil. However, she does manage to survive in a few timelines, including the latest one.
