Doesnt look like it would be fun to clean.
>>
Deathadder Chroma.
>>
I have big hands and a broken Sidewinder (which was 5/5 minus the shitty wheel) that I palm grabbed

Recommend me a new mouse

Simple, sturdy, cheap, works. I don't see why you'd want more.

I actually had a saitek cyborg a while ago because I was a dumb nerd and fell for the marketing. The size adjusting thing and the glowy lights were neat, but the novelty faded quickly and then I had to regularly take time to clean out the shitty little crevices because dirt would gather in there. Ain't planning on doing that again.

I need something to replace a dead MX 518.
Any non logitech suggestions?

that thing looks like I'd cut myself placing my hand on it

>$60 mouse
>cheap

you sure didn't fall for marketing buying your overpriced steelseries garbage :^)

I don't know where you get yours, but I got that thing brand new for $30. Why what high quality, reasonably priced mouse do YOU have?
>>
>>315378723
logitech g302

MSRP on steelseries sensei is $90, sorry, not $60.

If you got one for $30 you have a bootleg.
>>
Must break your little faggot hearts when I beat all of you with my cheap wireless logitech

Using this at the moment. It is really good.
>>

Admittedly, I got mine on a significant sale. Still, it's the best southpaw mouse I could get at the price and it works excellently, so kindly take your flashy glowing radiator bullshit and get out of my fucking face.
>>
>>315379154
>it works excellently

you have a bootleg. I went through 2 $90 steelseries mice in less than 6 months, the reason yours probably hasn't failed is that it's fake.
>>
i got the cheapest flavor of the mionix naos solely for the shape and grip. it might not be up to "gaming standards" the shape and grip is so damn comfy and you can turn of all the dumb leds.

>2 mice in 6 months
What the fuck are you doing to your mice that they last 6 months? I used to use the shittiest, cheapest things available and they still lasted me a year each.
Also,
>The bootleg is better than the actual thing
Jesus christ I realize you want to express your disdain for the brand of product you don't like but now you're just being retarded
>>
>>315379102
Got the G402 from a warranty replacement for a G400, besides the aesthetics, it is better than the G400 in every way.

It like this aesthetics more, it is has a flatter profile compared to the G400 which i prefer.

Okay

Been using the g400s for over a year now, if it ever breaks ill be buying another one.

>>315377587
mice like that look terrible to me, looks like something a totally radical teenager made and as someone already said it would be a pain in the ass to clean.
>>
>>315379589
I believe the word you're looking for is ergonomics? I'm not a fan of the look of the black zig zag it has, that's all. Even the glowing G is nice since you can set the glow how you like it or none at all.
>>
>>315379696
I enjoy mine, but the wheel is starting to break down already.
Everything else is nice though.
>>
>>315379696
I think the g400s is discontinued, unless you want to pay like $60+ from a 3rd party with no warranty and they'll likely get more expensive for brand new
>>
>>315379696
They don't make g400s anymore. The replacement the g402 is superior in every aspect as well.

>>315379714
Yup. That is the word. It escaped me when I was writing the post.
>>
>>315379428
let me explain it to you since you are very dense

bootleg (extremely simple technology) = low chance of failure

garbage weebshit like steelseries (overcomplicated, untested ) = extremely high chance of failure
>>
>>315379858
>They don't make g400s anymore. The replacement the g402 is superior in every aspect as well.

Well that's a shame. I took a look at the g402 and I'm not sure I like where the back+forward buttons are now. and what's the 'target' button on the side?
>>
>>315380006
it's not a shame, the delta sensor mice from logitech are the best mice ever made. back/forward buttons are in same location.

g302 is more of an accurate replacement for g400 than g402.
>>
>>315379858
I especially like the right side of the mouse. On the G400 the curved ridge was really awkward for my ring and pinky fingers. My ring finger would being hanging off the ridge and my pinky was tucked under my ring finger. Could just be me holding the mouse incorrectly
>>
>>315380006
DPI shift. As long as you are hitting the buttons, your dpi shifts to another preset value.

Especially helpful in games where different weapons/vehicles/turrets have different turning speed and the game doesn't let you customize it.

not that guy but you are being absolutely retarded right now mate
>>
>>315380006
The button locations are fine, what's weird is that the buttons are shaped differently but you should be able to get used to it
>>
I bought a G502 last Christmas because it came with a $50 Steam card. It's the best mouse I've ever owned. Being able to switch scroll wheel ratcheting on/off on the fly is a feature you never realized you needed until you got it.
>>
>>315380595
damn that's a good fucking deal
>>
>>315380894
Yeah, it was one of Best Buy's Black Friday deals.
