That's probably because most of /v/ IS shit at gaming. I honestly think there are people on here who actually just rant over games rather than actually playing them, like with any flavor of the month game.
I can't respect anyone who beats Vanitas Remnant using mines. However the Mysterious Figure is just badly designed and i can't hate people for spamming surges against him, even though he got a ton easier with BbS Final Mix since you can just slide out of his Colission Magnet (the move where he pulls you up into the air, then slams down onto you.) This guy honestly just has a set amount of methods to beat, which are either spamming surged, spamming Sky Diver command style or spamming Magic Hour with Aqua. There's people who beat him without all that but we're not talking about gods here.

Vanitas still has an openings, lots of openings. He doesn't "literally never stops attacking", he has a 1 second delay per combo. Maybe 2 seconds. You just have to position yourself close to him when he is about to end his combo.
Vanitas was hard, but not impossible. Much more fun to fight than Lingering Will.

His original plan was to have the Tokyo team come over onto KH3 after he and they got done with FFXV. He booted from directing FFXV and had to start KH3 so he of course used the team that he had available. New information from today says that KH3 is 90% Osaka and 10% Tokyo so maybe when FFXV is finally finished those who were still on FFXV will come over?

My one point of argument regarding the combos is that the game is in the early stages, like, womb stages. To think that Osaka would have every effect and mechanic ready is a bit jumping the gun. Otherwise he's on point. DDD feels really damn sluggish

Eh, no. KH3 is fine.
I worry about the aerial combo, I didn't notice that, but the ground combat and KH3 overall feels fast as fuck, the animations quality and speed are on par with KH2. And like he said at the beginning of the video. Its been 10 years, its more probable for Tokyo Team to not be the guys that made KH2 than for them to do it, many guys could have moved to Osaka, being replaced or fired in the meantime. Plus, more guys from the tokyo team will move to KH3 as FFXV finishes, so biggy either. 2.8 will come out a year before 3, it is clearly a beta, any issues will be solved by the time KH3 is ready to release.
