Her end plan was to have brother One kill Zero and then himself, since at that time she didn't realize that Zero was killing them off so that she could destroy the flower for good. One ending that branched off into a slightly different telling of Drakengard has male One killing Zero but choosing to live, creating a cult before realizing that the Cult will eventually destroy the world. So he goes back and begins to murder his own descendants before himself being betrayed by his companion who wants to sow chaos throughout the land.
The world was at war before the Intoners because of Tyrants. Utahime Five goes over how the Intoners murder all the tyrants. So the fate of the world would be up in the air; the important thing is that the influence of the flower would be gone.

WCS gives you a choice, albeit a shitty one. Red Eye Disease was born of One, who was a small piece of the Flower's influence that remained. WCS was born from the Queen Grotesque itself, which is like a fully formed Intoner (what the sisters become in Ending D). So it's effects were far more palpable.
Red Eye disease turns you into a blood thirsty monster. WCS gives you the choice of becoming a monster and obeying the murderous will of the Queen/Watchers or turning to salt.

Which is why the Flower and Dragons are natural enemies.

I did like all the angles of the dragon relationships in each game, though. Angelus was a hesitant ally who was not used to humans but eventually comes to love Caim. Legna was a begrudging father figure who just wanted to exploit you. Mikhail was once Zero's only ally and confidant turned into a child she raised the only way she knew how (from her own experiences), which was brutally.
Zero's breakdown when Mikhail is killed by One gets me every time.

Western RPGs always have some details about the world and how people live there.
