I've only played BloodCM because the original runs like shit for me, but I found it pretty fun, despite all the shit it gets from /vr/.

Personally I enjoyed Shadow Warrior a little more because I'm not a fan of the horror theme.

if you mean things like speed, or level design, there are other members of holy three: DN3D and Shadow Warrior.
If you mean things like aesthetics and atmosphere of mayhem then maybe Painkiller of Necrovision.

Painkiller is always a solid choice, but I can't understand Necrovision. This game constantly jumps between beign awesome and shit.
