None of them have less than 11 Combat Initiative, I heard bad things happen if it goes below that. The two assault rifle guys (one will go for energy weapons later) have like 17 so they should act quickly.
My main dude has lockpicking, demolition, alarm disable and a speech skill so I don't have to switch characters.
The shotgun girl has full speed so she can move around fast and also has medic & surgeon so she can help people quickly.
Only somewhat useful skill I didn't pick is Toaster Repair I might grab it as I level up later
