Bugs have largely been fixed, I guess. But the game is still terribly unpolished and you'll see odd things like people falling over dead in the temple because their pathfinding bugged out.
As for incomplete, the game is terribly short on content. In order to get the true ending you have to replay its scant map selection three different times. Unfortunately, only a few of the levels have branching Deus Ex-like objectives. The stealth system is more or less a nonentity.
I could go on about the game's lack of polish but I don't want to give anyone the idea that it's not worth playing.

You can't compare it to Blacklight at all. I'm not exaggerating when I say Blacklight's gunplay is a 1:1 COD clone. If you like that sort of thing that's up to you, but I found it tremendously unfulfilling, neat background props and cool helmets and robosuits aside.
I also didn't like how the teams were just A and B and whichever side you were on, you were blue and the enemies orange. A far cry from NSF/Jinrai.

Cybermage was a very flawed game with a very comic book approach to cyberpunk. Expect 90's weapons and level design (if you're CEO of an evil megacorp, you keep your office in a dungeon, behind a maze, with three keys). The music engine is busted -- you won't hear most of it unless you leave the game playing for hours. It also has lots of TECHNOLOGY things that were way ahead of the curve at the time (NPCs in FPS, hub world, vehicles). Finally, hardlocks, lots of them (enjoy your game crashing).
The game deserves a sequel despite being such a hot mess.

Robot City is a different flavor of cyberpunk. Instead of your usual offerings, you are trapped in the namesake under investigation for a murder you didn't commit. You deal with robots instead of people. Put your friend together in the apartment before stepping out.

Eh, I hope the game is good without mods (back in my computer days, mods for most games that weren't Bethesda were merely distractions and even Skyrim mods are arguably distractions) due to me most likely getting it for consoles unless I upgrade my toaster (I use it primarily to play PC exclusives) which I doubt.
Still, hope the mods scene is good for the PCfriends that do get it for PC I just hope CDPR don't rely on it.

Yeah I gotta agree with you on that, when I think cyberpunk I don't really think LA.
But then I do think that they could make it work, and the main city and urban place will feel like GITS/Blade Runner/cyberpunk and the outskirts, the wastelands mightl really feel like Mad Max or so.
And Mad Max Road Warrior with cyberpunk elements, high technology in wasteland settings sounds like it might be really fun.
So maybe they actually chose the best setting for what they're doing.

Cyberpunk isn't tied down to anyone platform.
99% of shitposting is platform wars and most cyberpunk games are on consoles/PC (and the few on PC are playable by almost anyone with a functioning PC anyway).

Are there any good scans for Blame? All I could find were tiny ones with a French -> English translation that were read left to right, and I ended up not really getting into it.
Mostly because of the highly episodic nature, but maybe better scans for better eyecandy could help. I did enjoy Aria despite the lack of a real overarching plot, after all.
