They deactivated my second account despite only having two Wii Minis that actually gave coins. Knew I should have spent the coins.
They probably just look at when the account was created and what was registered to it. If it was made after they announced the discontinuation of the service and has tons of Wii Minis and little/no games, they probably flag it for deletion.

Nobody appears to be losing their games. A couple of my accounts have been banned and the games I got from them are still with me, and I've been connected to the internet constantly.
