A port doesn't have to be good to be on the lead platform. More importantly B Team said at least once that PC was the lead platform for DS2. Didn't change the fact that all PC got out of it was an extra 30 frames.
PCFags constantly point out how DS2 was the lead system and how people saw the pretty version of DS2 in some way or form up until release as excuses for why Bloodborne can suddenly look like dogshit at the drop of a hat. Don't act like they don't.
