I would assume it was part of that "new default color" thing Capcom has done a few times for updates. Like how Ryu in SSF2T lost his white gi for a black one. All the default colors were different in Night Warriors and the victory portraits and such reflected that. But the bone Morrigan in the intro is sort of weird for a couple reasons:First, everyone else in the intro is using their original colors, not their new defaults. And second, Morrigan's new default isn't even blonde. She does have a blonde palette, but it's one of the many alternates.
