It might be doable but it'll be hard. It is certainly more doable than party of 5 landshark, fortress or runemasters though.
You might run some trouble in the mid game bosses because you're seriously lacking in raw firepower, raw healing power and would rely on hax evasion boosting passive to survive. However once you unlock subclassing (mid stratum 3) then it is certainly doable to sub your dancer into anything you want.
Another caveat is that you might need to grind a bit for final boss (not postgame final boss), because it has a countdown instakill timer and you'll need significant firepower to kill him before the countdown ends. You'll need at least 3 D/I on the front.
Be prepared to respec a lot of subclasses (or having a lot of reserves)

While Medics aren't as effective as Arcanists, that doesn't mean they're horrible. You can get through everything just fine by sticking with your Medic. If you want shitty classes then you should play EO2.
