If you're right next to one then you're relatively safe needing only to side roll occasionally. Next step is just to DPS them down before a second one ever even spawns, it's more of a DPS race than anything.

honestly on my first fight i went for full giant set and giant halberd and spammed attack non stop without caring about dodging, it actually worked.
