It's utter shit, and probably the worst game I've ever played. I honestly do not know where to start on this game.
Let's start with the structure of the game. It's absolutely atrocious. The game styles itself an interactive fiction game, but gives you choices that you can't do, simply because "you are depressed". This a bad design, and just serves to distract the reader from playing the game and/or break what little immersion there could be. While I have never been clinically diagnosed as depressed before, I think I can assume that depressed people can still do night work like other people or talk to their girlfriends like human beings. Despite the large amount of choices given to you, there are essentially two endings, a good one, and a bad one, with variants on each. There is no room for additional playthroughs, because of how little your choices matter or how little anything changes beyond the good/bad endings.
This might be salvageable if the game was written well. It is not. I have seen (and written myself) middle school assignments with more creativity, better prose, and more coherent structure than this game. From a literary standpoint, this game is an overtly verbose mess, with ridiculous amounts of backstory being explained in optional links that are sealed off after certain slides. This backstory is critical in certain situations, and you either have the choice of reading paragraphs and paragraphs of (missable) text to attempt to understand certain character actions, or avoid them and be confused when said actions take place.
The characters of this game could not be more generic, derivative, and bereft of life. The main character is a blank slate, who has no character traits beyond being depressed. Why is he depressed? That isn't really explained. He has a nice job, a nice apartment, a loving girlf- sorry, "significant other", and people that love him. He's whiny.

Alex, your significant other, is a cookie-cutter love interest. She has no real character traits beyond her love for you. If I didn't know any better, I'd assume that she was the product of the author's wish fullfillment. Depending on the choices you make, she either leaves you or stays with you, and this changes the way that the MC acts drastically. Note that the MC's life seems to entirely depend on her and her affection, since without her, he falls apart completely. Other characters have even less personality, existing for mere handfuls of scenes.
The presentation is also horrid. There is little music, which is poorly done at that, and is otherwise sparse and minimalistic. This limits the amount of investment we can get from the story further, since there is nothing to amplify or even hint at emotional tension. The game is boring. It isn't fun, or tense, or exciting, or in fact much of anything at all.
This is the worst game I've ever played, but you knew that already. The people that liked this game aren't on this website. You came here to hear shit about the game. How many threads have we had that have gone exactly like this? A hundred? Two hundred?

From a purely unbiased standpoint, I hate the game. I battled with severe depression and suicidal tendencies for most of my teenage years, was even committed and drugged to hell and back for a few months. I'll try to summarize my feelings from what I can remember.
it's complete shit, the story is boring, the soundtrack is uninspired, the UI isn't even trying, the prose is amateur, and all the characters lack depth.
I can never bring myself to get invested in the story or care for the protagonist, but that's fine since he has a supportive gf, loving family, and pet to care about him instead.
also it's an unrealistic depiction of what depressed people are going through making the entire thing pointless.
