Hello, top 16 contender at EVO 2014 here and I can legitimately say that this is one of the best fighting games ever made. It blends Street Fighter and anime-style fighting perfectly, like no game ever before has. Buy this game now, you wont regret it.

Chaos is a bootleg Zato without as many options and shittier play. Long reaching normals aren't too big of a problem as every character has tools to deal with them, making the neutral a bit more spaced out for the most part.

The problem with it is that the top 3 are REALLY oppressive and retarded and that normals are almost universally retardedly huge, unless you're playing a character like Hyde or Seth in which case your whole game becomes 'holy fuck how I do get around these fullscreen normals'

I tried to take my sucka ass to Game$top and buy a copy. No one in the city has any that aren't pre-order apparently. So I went home and spent the extra 6 bucks to have it next day delivered from Amazon. I'd have got it from PSN, but I have no clue when the store is gonna update and if it's too late in the day, then I may as well take my ass to work tonight and wait for my copy to arrive tomorrow morning.

Anon, I'm not sure if you're familiar with the anime fighting game community, but everytime a new one is released, people go in there to scalp some money then go back to the other games. Anime games are a self contained version of what happens with Netherrealm titles, people will surely main the game, but the numbers get inflated early on because it's mostly just players from the other main 2D franchises coming in for the free pot then dropping it when specialists come in.

Uniel's top 3 is really no worse than most other games' top 3. Smaller cast does hurt. It's the bottom 3 that's the real problem.
